Whether monitoring a single facility or multiple sites, Dashboard gives operators immediate visibility into all critical system components, enabling faster decision-making and improved operational awareness.
While monitoring by exception is a key philosophy in modern broadcast operations, Crispin takes it a step further by enabling direct control within the Dashboard itself. This not only allows operators to identify issues quickly, but also to resolve them without needing to switch between applications—significantly reducing response time and improving overall efficiency.
Multi-Site and System Views
Multi-Site View
Each tile represents an individual site or system, providing a clear, at-a-glance overview of enterprise-wide operations. Operators can select up to five systems simultaneously to drill down into a more detailed, zoomed-in channel view.
Single System View
Focused visibility into a specific site, with detailed insights into channels, system components, and operational health.
Real-Time Status Alerting for Channel-Level Monitoring
- Overall Site Alert – Immediate notification if any critical system component goes down
- Missing Media – Identifies content gaps at the channel level
- Clock Deviation – Flags timing discrepancies, including over- or under-duration events
- Playlist Status – Confirms whether playlists are loaded and running, and alerts operators if upcoming playlists are not available or fail to auto-load
Operators can right-click on alerts to view detailed error information and drill directly into the affected playlist, enabling quick edits and issue resolution.
Entity & System Health Monitoring
