Confidence Monitor
RPM integrates Harmonic’s Confidence Monitor functionality directly within the interface. This feature provides a low-resolution, high-quality RTC stream from the Spectrum X I/O port, viewable via standard web browsers or directly within the RPM window.
Use the embedded monitor to:
- View real-time activity on any port
- Perform prep functions without requiring a full broadcast-quality prep station
Resource Management
RPM includes a built-in timeline view that displays all activity across server ports, enabling centralized and efficient resource management. Operators can easily monitor, manage, and assign server port usage from a single, consolidated interface.
Recording & Prep Functionality
RPM automatically assigns resources based on current schedules and port availability for both scheduled recordings and prep sessions.
Operators can:
- Select completed or in-progress linear recordings directly from the timeline for review and prep.
- Instantly initiate a prep session on any available port
