Ryan Kuhl |IT Specialist

Ryan Kuhl serves as an IT Specialist for Crispin where his typical day involves setting up programs for servers and workstations, ensuring systems comply with Sony’s policy, and installing new equipment. Ryan shared that he enjoys the welcoming atmosphere at Crispin, where every day is a chance to learn something new.

He developed his passion for IT and computer systems at a young age through video games and even built his own computer at the age of 16. Previously, Ryan worked as a game technician at Dave and Busters before interning with Nordic IT Solutions during college where he later got a full time job that allowed him to get more hands-on experience in the IT field. He earned a degree in Computer Information Systems with a minor in cybersecurity from Appalachian State University. 

In his free time, Ryan enjoys powerlifting, gaming, enjoying a swing at Top Golf, watching a good movie or TV show, and trying new restaurants. He is passionate about competitive powerlifting and has even made it to the regional level! Ryan emphasizes that powerlifting is a crucial part of his routine and day to day life, keeping him motivated. He also finds motivation and support from his parents, 2 sisters, girlfriend Carolyn, and his powerlifting friend Eli. “My mom, dad, and 2 sisters motivate me and got me to where I am. I would not be on the track I am without their support.”
