Administrative Assistant, Nicolette Hong, does a little bit of everything. She spends her days working on financing tasks as well as supporting members of the team as needed. It was that team, in fact, that drew her to Crispin in the first place.
She explains, “From my first interview, I felt an immediate connection. Everyone I spoke to was so personable and friendly. I really appreciate the family-oriented atmosphere here in the office and that everyone genuinely likes coming to work every day.”
Passionate about administrative work, Nicolette has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a minor in Accounting from the University of Kentucky. After graduating, she worked in the banking industry for a few years before becoming a stay-at-home mom while her kids were young.
Over the past six years, she’s been back in the admin space and is enjoying learning about the broadcasting industry in her role at Crispin. “The techs have taken the time to come talk to me and explains the mechanics of how the technology works which is really fascinating,” she says.
Originally from the Midwest, Nicolette moved to Raleigh several years ago and loves being just a few hours away from the mountains. “I try to spend as much time as I can hiking and enjoying the great outdoors with my kids, Carter, Camden, and Charlotte. We try to hit the trails when we can, in between sports practices and their other activities,” she says.
When they’re not out hiking, you can find Nicolette and her family spending time out on Falls Lake, boating, water skiing, wakeboarding, and just enjoying time spent together out in the sun.
