Although she entered the broadcasting industry without prior experience in the field, she was immediately drawn to its dynamic nature and the opportunity to work on something both technically challenging and creatively enriching. Since joining, she has embraced the warm and welcoming team environment and is excited to grow her skills while contributing to innovative projects.

A recent graduate, this role marks Tiana’s first step into her professional career, making it a meaningful and exciting milestone. She approaches her work with curiosity, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to build solutions that make a difference.

Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Tiana has always had a deep appreciation for building, creating, and hands-on craftsmanship. Her creativity extends well beyond her day job—on weekends, you’ll often find her immersed in hobbies like painting, crocheting, woodworking, and welding. Whether she’s constructing custom furniture or sculpting with metal, Tiana finds joy in turning raw materials into something entirely new. Her love for design and structure also informs her approach to software engineering, where she enjoys solving problems and creating thoughtful, elegant systems.

Outside of work and creative projects, Tiana enjoys spending quality time with friends over boardgames and cozy evenings at home with her beloved cat, Soup.
