Working with Sony’s cloud-based system, Crispin has played a critical role in helping Tegna Media centralize ingest at its 46 TV stations. The Media Clearinghouse has Crispin Loading Dock edge devices at each of their stations, where they can download content from satellite, process it and then upload it to the Sony cloud where it can be accessed by the other edge devices.

Currently, 70% of Tegna syndicated programming is already flowing through the system and the rest will be by June. In the future, Tegna plans to use the system for handling paid programming, national spots and their own original programming.
