Philly TV News/WTVE 51 Signs with CRISPIN for On-Air
Automation
Raleigh, NC - Sept. 7, 2000 - CRISPIN, a

worldwide, has won the contract for Commercial and News Playback for
Philly TV News/WTVE 51, Philadelphia, PA.
Philly TV News/WTVE 51 will use Crispin's RapidPlayX
to control the GVG XP PVS1022 Video Server for commercial and
news playback. The system will also refeed the
news program with multi-channel playout. The Crispin's
Mapper software will interface to their Visual Traffic software to
create a playlist, and Crispin's SmartWedge will allow GPI Input
and output control of the playlist and playback. The SmartWedge
hardware features 12 user programmable opto-isolated GPI inputs and 12
outputs
