NewsPlayX provides news element playback
control for live news operations. It interfaces
to all major news computer systems including the
fully dynamic MOS interface to ENPS. Rundown information
is received by NewsPlayX and is presented to the
operator through a graphic user interface (GUI)
for playback control.
The NewsPlayX GUI is intuitive and fully configurable
to match your control room requirements. The interface
provides visual confi rmation of the rundown, displaying
clip status, name, comments, duration, clip source
and device number. The device bar, which may be
configured to support multiple playback channels,
displays device name, clip number, clip name,
clip duration, command buttons, clip list and
device number. Playback control is available via
keyboard, mouse or GPI.

GUI is designed to adapt to the unique requirements
of each news department.
